Returns
1. Eligibility for Returns:
- Items must be returned within 30 days of receipt.
- Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with tags attached.
- Items must be free of stains, makeup, deodorant, or wear.
- Sale items, gift cards, and intimate apparel (such as swimwear and lingerie) are not eligible for return.
2. How to Return an Item:
- Start your return by emailing us at contact@jechtnyc.com with your order number and reason for return.
- Once your return is approved, you will receive a return authorization number and further instructions.
- Please pack the items securely in the original packaging or a suitable alternative to prevent damage during transit.
- You are responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance for items over $75.
3. Refunds:
- Once we receive your returned items, we will inspect them to ensure they meet our return conditions.
- If approved, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.
- Shipping charges are non-refundable.
Exchanges
1. Eligibility for Exchanges:
- Items must be exchanged within 30 days of receipt.
- Items must be in their original condition, unworn, unwashed, and with tags attached.
- Exchanges are only available for the same item in a different size or color.
2. How to Exchange an Item:
- Email us at contact@jechtnyc.com with your order number, item to be exchanged, and the new size or color desired.
- Once your exchange is approved, you will receive instructions on how to proceed.
- You are responsible for return shipping costs. We will cover the shipping cost for the replacement item.
3. Exchange Process:
- Once we receive your exchange item, we will inspect it to ensure it meets our exchange conditions.
- If approved, the replacement item will be shipped to you within 7-10 business days.
- If the desired item is out of stock, we will issue a refund to your original payment method.
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately at [Your Email Address] with your order number and a photo of the issue. We will assess the situation and offer a replacement or refund as needed.
Non-Returnable Items
